During the summer of 2023, I was chosen to create a Selfie Platform in collaboration with The Deep Roots Experience for Rid All's annual Fresh Fest!

The selected artists were tasked to create installations around healthy habits and choices so I chose to highlight my newest Crystal lady “Lavender, The Lady of Mindfulness” based on the amethyst crystal.

The focus of my installation was to highlight what it means to be mindful and a few ways to practice it through the following:
🧘🏾‍♀️Scheduling time for yourself
🍴Finish chewing your food before taking the next bite
🌬️Bringing attention to your breathing and more!

I also activated a Mindfulness Affirmation Station mirror and QR code so attendees could learn more about Lavender’s Garden! 🪞🫶🏾
