KAREEM ABDUL-JABBAR SOCIAL JUSTICE CHAMPION AWARD

In partnership with the Marcus Graham Project and the National Basketball Association, I held the role of being one of the Art Directors to help design the first ever Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Social Justice Champion Award. Learn more about this project soon!

CLEVELAND SUMMIT LOCATION MARKER

To celebrate the 55th anniversary of the iconic Cleveland Summit and 75th anniversary of the NBA, the NBA Social Justice Coalition and the Cleveland Cavaliers worked with local Cleveland creatives and alumni of the Marcus Graham Project to concept and create a location marker to be erected outside of where this legendary moment took place. 

The seat at the table will be a reflection area that mimics the setup of the Cleveland Summit. The Twelve men will be represented in the form of microphone(s) mimicking the press setup from the iconic photo. This interactive public art piece sets the stage to celebrate and honor that special day in Cleveland but also inspire guest to realize the power in their own Voice as they take thier seat at the table.

ODYZ AGENCY

Through the Marcus Graham Project iCR8 Summer Boot Camp, twelve creatives and myself collaborated as a pop-up agency called ODYZ. ODYZ is a full-service digital marketing agency that carries brands on a journey to optimum potential through advertising campaigns, market research/analytics, strategy, design, and content management. Our journey starts with a fundamental drive to create work that transcends expectations. I held the role as an Art Director.

COCA-COLA

To kick off the Marcus Graham Project ICR8 Summer Bootcamp we visited at Wieden+Kennedy for a week, and we were briefed by Coke. The ask?

Make Coke Cool Again to Generation Z and young Millennials.

This is how we did it.

CLEVELAND CAVALIERS

As a pop up agency our team developed a marketing campaign to promote the 50th Season of the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Grand Opening of the new Quicken Loans Arena for October 2019.
